Step by Step

Select the prescribed Tissue Essence.

Dispense 15 drops into you hands and proceed as follows.

Apply the Tissue Essence with light pressure and circular movements on the points as indicated on the picture (on both sides of the face).

1. Start by pressing simultaneously with both middle fingers at pressure points (1), just below the orbital bone, at the very top of the cheek bones.  Massage in small circles for 10 – 20 seconds. Slide out to the ear.

2. Move on to pressure points (2) just below the cheek bones, 1 cm to the right and left of each nostril. This area may also be sensitive and congested. 

Massage in small circles for 10 – 20 seconds. Slide out to the ear.

3. Move down to pressure points (3), 1 cm from the corners of the mouth. Repeat the massage movement.

4. Slide your fingers straight back to the corners of the jaw (4) and repeat the massage movement, draining out towards to the ear.

5. Move up to just below the cheek bone to pressure point (5), repeat the massage movement.

6. Finish your Aroma Touch Therapy at pressure point (6) and drain outwards.

7. Now add PURE MOIST MASSAGE GEL to your hands. Spread evenly over your hands. The heat form your hands will change the gel into a beautiful, natural oil. Proceed with your regular massage technique, including the décolleté and the neck. Finish off with a hot compress.

Any allergy to essential oils
